Ja. De I&R-verplichting geldt sinds 21 april 2021 voor alle paarden, ongeacht of ze hobbymatig of bedrijfsmatig worden gehouden.

Vanaf hoeveel paarden heb ik een omgevingsvergunning milieu nodig?

Zodra je meer dan 50 paarden of pony's van 3 jaar of ouder houdt, geldt onder het Besluit activiteiten leefomgeving een vergunningplicht.

Klopt het dat de BTW op paardensport in 2026 omhoog gaat naar 21%?

Nee. De geplande verhoging is geschrapt met de wet Behoud verlaagd btw-tarief op cultuur, media en sport; het tarief van 9% op sportbeoefening blijft gelden.

Kan ik MIA\Vamil combineren met andere aftrekposten?

Ja, MIA\Vamil is te combineren met de kleinschaligheidsinvesteringsaftrek (KIA), maar niet met de Energie-investeringsaftrek (EIA) voor hetzelfde bedrijfsmiddel.

Geldt de cultuurgrondvrijstelling voor de weilanden bij mijn pensionstal?

In de meeste gevallen niet. De Hoge Raad heeft bepaald dat grond bij een manege of pensionstal niet kwalificeert als landbouwgrond in de zin van deze vrijstelling.
